How we measure whether a programme worked

Every cohort is audited on the same three numbers — exam outcome, offer outcome, and ninety-day-out client satisfaction. The methodology, the latest figures, and what we do when a programme drops below the line are all on this page.

The numbers

Aggregated across the 2024 and 2025 intakes — verified by an external auditor at year-end and published here, in this format, regardless of direction. Per-programme breakdowns are shared at enrollment, not on this page; what you see here is the house average.

The methodology

Outcomes counted only if we can verify them. Exam results require the candidate to share their official CFA Institute / FRM result email; self-reported scores are excluded. Offer outcomes require an offer letter or a verifiable LinkedIn role change within the twelve-month window post-cohort. NPS is collected by an independent third party (Typeform → CSV; we don’t see individual responses, only the aggregate).

We publish the methodology, the response rate, and the raw N alongside every figure because percentages without an N are marketing, not measurement. A 90% pass rate on a cohort of ten people is a different statement to one on a cohort of two hundred — and the catalogue page for each programme shows you which it is.

The line, and what happens when we cross it

Each programme has a published benchmark — the floor we expect outcomes to clear. If a programme drops below benchmark for two intakes in a row, the curriculum is rebuilt (new lead author, new case-study library, new capstone rubric) before the next intake opens. If the rebuild doesn’t recover the number within two further intakes, the programme is retired from the catalogue. Two programmes have been retired this way since 2021; neither was relaunched.

What we don’t publish

Salary numbers, employer logos, and individually identifying alumni stories — even with consent. Salary deltas are noisy across our market and roles, and we’re wary of the survivorship bias that comes with curated case studies. The aggregate figures above and the per-programme detail at enrollment are the honest picture.

Audit

The annual outcomes audit is performed by Grant Thornton Vietnam; the most recent attestation letter is available on request to outcomes@gofinance.vn. Next attestation: March 2026, covering FY2025 intakes.
