These Terms govern your use of the Go Finance website (gofinance.vn) and any programme purchased through it. “Go Finance” means CTY TNHH Go Finance Education, a company incorporated in Vietnam (business registration 0317442008), with its registered office at 12 Nguyễn Văn Bảo, Gò Vấp, Ho Chi Minh City.

To enroll you must register an account with a valid email address. Each account is personal — you may sign in from up to two devices concurrently. Sharing your credentials, recording and redistributing course material, or attempting to scrape our content is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate suspension.

The catalogue page for each programme states the format (self-paced, hybrid or live cohort), the duration of access, what is included (lectures, written feedback, downloadable resources, cohort sessions) and what is not (CFA Institute fees, third-party textbooks unless explicitly listed). Pricing is in Vietnamese đồng and inclusive of VAT.

The full refund policy is set out separately. In short: you may cancel for any reason within fourteen days of purchase for a full refund. After fourteen days, refunds are available pro-rata for self-paced programmes; live cohorts may be switched once without charge before the cohort starts.

All curriculum material, recordings, written feedback, case studies and downloadable resources are the property of Go Finance or its licensors and are licensed to you for personal study only. You may not republish, redistribute or use the material for any commercial purpose without prior written consent.

Assignments, capstone projects and peer-review comments you submit through the programme remain your work; you grant Go Finance a non-exclusive licence to retain, review and (with your explicit consent) anonymise and reference them in future curriculum material.

You agree to engage with cohort peers and reviewers in good faith. Harassment, plagiarism, or any conduct that materially disrupts a cohort is grounds for suspension. Refunds in such cases are at our discretion and subject to the refund policy.

Go Finance provides educational services. We make no guarantee of exam outcomes, employment offers or specific career outcomes; any aggregate figures we publish on the Outcomes page are historical and not a forward-looking commitment. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the programme in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by negotiation will be referred to the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) in Ho Chi Minh City, with proceedings conducted in Vietnamese unless both parties agree otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are emailed to registered users at least fourteen days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
