For any programme bought through the site, you may cancel within fourteen days of purchase for a full refund — no reason required. Mail support@gofinance.vn with your order code (e.g. CFA260512) and we’ll process it within one business day.

For self-paced programmes, refunds after the fourteen-day window are calculated pro-rata against your time-elapsed access. If you’ve used 30% of your access period, you’re refunded 70% of the price paid. Once 80% of the access period has elapsed, the programme is non-refundable.

For live cohort programmes, refunds work differently because of the seat-allocation and instructor-scheduling cost. Before your cohort starts: full refund or one free switch to any future cohort of the same programme. Within the first two weeks of your cohort: one switch is permitted to the next available intake, subject to a 10% administrative fee.

After the first two weeks, the programme is non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances (documented medical leave, military service, employer-driven relocation). Mail support with documentation and we’ll review case-by-case.

If we cancel or materially reschedule a cohort (more than fourteen days from the original start date), you receive a full refund or, at your option, a free switch to the next available intake plus a 15% credit toward a future programme.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within five business days of approval. Card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your issuer; bank transfer refunds usually clear within 1–2 business days. VAT invoices are amended automatically.

Refund terms for corporate cohorts (sold under our For Teams offer) are set in the engagement letter and supersede this policy.

If you disagree with a refund decision, escalate to legal@gofinance.vn. Our head of admissions reviews disputed refunds personally; expect a reply within five business days.
